The Gärttner Group provides technical consulting, inspection and training services for companies and professionals in industry, plant engineering, assembly, maintenance and logistics. This service area complements plant service and commissioning and supports customers with technical, organisational and safety-related requirements.

The services are provided on a project- and needs-specific basis by the responsible company within the Gärttner Group. The scope, delivery and any supporting documentation are agreed in accordance with the respective assignment.

Consulting and Support Areas

Welding Technology and Welding Supervision

Consulting on welding-related matters and the project-specific performance of defined welding supervision tasks. We support the planning, preparation, execution and documentation of welding work.

Audit Preparation

Support in preparing for internal and external audits. Together with our customers, we structure the applicable requirements, review existing documentation and assist with the technical and organisational preparations.

Non-Destructive Testing Services

Project-specific non-destructive testing services for the assessment of components, welded joints and plant equipment. The testing methods, scope and documentation are defined in accordance with the respective assignment.

Flange Assembly and Slinging Loads

Practical training in the correct assembly of flange connections and the safe slinging and movement of loads. The content and scope are adapted to the respective operational environment.

Training for Vehicles and Machinery

Training in the safe and correct operation of industrial trucks, earthmoving machinery, mobile elevating work platforms and telescopic handlers. The training is adapted to the equipment used and the operational requirements.

Crane Operation and Load Securing

Training in the safe operation of cranes and the correct securing of loads. The focus is on practical application, safety-related requirements and responsible working practices.
